About The Role

AWC Staff Services are looking for 2 Wiremen for a 6 month placement at Melksham Substation.

About the Role: 
-Electrical fitting activities on high voltage switch gear, transformers and associated equipment 
-Installation of control and protection equipment Installation of earthing systems 
-Installation of outdoor equipment such as bus bar, disconnectors and switchgear 
-Maintenance of high voltage equipment Fault finding on low and high voltage equipment 
-Receiving high voltage documents

To apply for the role, you must have your NG Persons Ticket, Experience working in the above (ideally hold ECS Gold Card) 

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until April 2027
Rate: £30 Per Hour, 50hr Weeks
