About The Role

AWC Staff Services are looking for an experienced Site Administrator for work at Upper Boat Substation. The work is 20 hours per week, and will run for approx 6 months.

The duties although not exhaustive will be as the below:

  • Scan & upload all delivery notes.
  • Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs. PASS, Task Allocation Sheets)
  • Plus, any other relevant documentation to the shared drive.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders with procurement team at HQ.
  • Compiling data for SO27 reporting.
  • Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for weekly SHES call.
  • Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguisher, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspection & certification of welfare units.
  • Liase with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team).
  • Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder) Transfer data

Hours circa 20 per week, flexibility on whether the candidate wants to work mornings or afternoons, also 4 x 5 hour shifts
