AWC Staff Services are looking for a National Grid Authorised Civil Site Supervisor for Melksham Substation.
As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of site activities and assisting the site manager to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, quality procedures, programme compliance, site documentation procedures, maintenance of site records, management and productivity of direct employees, agency labour and subcontractor resources alongside coordination of materials in accordance with MES and National Grid’s policies and procedures.
To apply for the role, you must have:
• SSSTS Site Supervisor Qualification
• City and guilds / NVQ III qualified or above in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Authorised as a National Grid Competent Person.
• Minimum of CSCS / CPCS / ECITB Supervisor Safety Passport / Card
• Full First Aid At Work
Start: 14.04.2025
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £350 per day
