AWC Staff Services are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team, based at Melksham Substation. This is an 8 month contract at 20hrs per week.
Duties of the role:
• Scan & upload all delivery notes.
• Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs. PASS, Task Allocation Sheets), etc.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders
• Compiling data for SO27 reporting
• Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for weekly SHES call
• Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguisher, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspection & certification of welfare units
• Liaise with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team)
• Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder)
Start: 07th April 2025
Duration:8 months
Rate: £15 per hour
