AWC Staff Services are seeking Quantity Surveyor to work on the Waltham Cross OHL Project.
About the Project
- Support the preparation of reports, claims, and commercial documentation within agreed timescales while maintaining strong relationships with Business Unit and Project Managers.
- Monitor project risks, maintain risk registers, and ensure effective subcontractor and supplier management, including quotations, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Assist in managing compensation events, contract costs, and project profitability through identification of variations, delays, and claims.
- Contribute to financial reporting, forecasting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Attend project meetings, develop commercial records and manuals, and work closely with commercial and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies, undertaking additional duties as required to support business and customer needs.
Qualifications - Must have experience in a similar field to apply for this role.
Rate - £450 per day (negotiable for the right candidate. Paid CIS only)
Duration - 3 Months
